We do not assume any responsibility for the privacy practices, policies, or actions of any third party service providers, including payment processors, advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers.

They may provide us with your name, your email, and your location (country, state, province, or city but not your address). In compliance with applicable anti-spam legislation, all emails sent from our organization will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. Emails that are sent to you from time to time by means of a third-party email management service provider, including ConvertKit or Kajabi, (collectively referred to as the “Email Management Service”) provide you with the opportunity to opt-out from receiving communications from us and our partners, including newsletters and promotional materials. If you register to download a book or resources, sign up for our newsletter, and/or purchase a product (including any course) or service (including any subscription service) from us, we collect your information. As a visitor to this Website, you can engage in most activities without providing any Personal Information. However, when you seek to download resources and/or register for products or services you may be required to provide Personal Information.

If you opt to receive any free resources, participate in any free training programs, register for a webinar, register for a live event, register for a seminar, or purchase any products or services sold by the Company on this Website, we will automatically enrol you to receive our free email newsletter. If you do not wish to receive this newsletter, you can unsubscribe any time. We include an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email we send using an Email Management Service.
