There’s just one month left in 2020. If you haven’t already set your goals for 2021, we want to challenge you to do it today. Create a solid foundation now that will lead to real results in the new year.

Want to watch this tip instead?

So, are you ready to accept the three-step challenge?

Step 1: Set two business improvement goals for 2021

Step 2: Set one personal goal for 2021

Step 3: For each goal, decide on ONE task to complete in the first ninety days of 2021 that will lead you closer to your goal.

Your business improvement goals can be anything.

Maybe you have decided it’s time to streamline your administrative processes, so that you can save time and cut costs.

Maybe you want to grow your firm by merging or hiring more associates or support staff.

Maybe you want to add 5 new clients or start offering a subscription service.

Whatever your goals, you will be more successful if you commit to accomplishing one thing every 90 days that will help you get there. Keep moving forward. Don’t leave it to the last minute.

For example, if your goal is to streamline your administrative processes, your first step might be to start by creating a list of your key business and administrative processes. Commit to getting that list done in the first 90 days.
